Car Rental Process:

1. Temporary Short-Term Rental / Chauffeur Service

Please inform us of your vehicle requirements (rental period, vehicle type, route information, etc.), along with any other relevant requests. Our customer service will promptly provide you with quotes and other information.

(2) Customer service will send the rental contract to the customer via fax or email.

(3) Upon receiving the rental contract, the customer should fill out the relevant information, affix a seal or sign, and return it.

(4) Upon receipt of the contract, the car booking is confirmed. We will send the driver's information to the booker a day in advance, at which time the driver will contact the person using the car.

(5) Payment Settlement. Upon completion of the vehicle use, the driver settles the payment with the user on the spot.

3. Corporate Bus Rental

(1) Please call to inform us of the required vehicle type, driving route, rental duration, and other relevant information.

(2) The Quotation Bus Customer Service team will provide detailed quotations to your company.

(3) Both parties must provide materials and sign the shuttle service agreement before the shuttle service can commence.

(4) Monthly settlement for shuttle fees.
