Car Rental Process:
1. Temporary Short-Term Rental/Chauffeur Service
Please inform us of your vehicle requirements (rental period, vehicle type, itinerary, etc.) and any other relevant needs. Our customer service will promptly provide you with quotes and other information.
(2) Customer service will send the rental contract to the customer via fax, email, and other means.
(3) Upon receiving the rental contract, the customer should fill out the relevant information, affix a seal or sign, and return it.
(4) Upon receiving the contract, the booking of the vehicle is confirmed; the driver's information will be sent to the booker one day in advance, at which time the driver will contact the vehicle user.
(5) Fee Settlement. Upon completion of the vehicle use, the driver settles the fees with the user on the spot.
2. Long-term Car Rental Services
(1) Both parties have reached an agreement to sign a long-term car rental contract.
(2) Customers can book vehicles via phone, email, or other means.
(3) Customer service arranges vehicles based on the vehicle usage requirements.
(4) Rent Settlement. Payment is made according to the terms of the contract.
3. Corporate Bus Rental
(1) Please call to inform us of the required vehicle type, driving route, rental duration, and other relevant information.
(2) The quotation bus customer service provides detailed quotations to your company.
(3) Both parties must provide materials, sign the shuttle agreement, and then the shuttle service can begin operating.
(4) Monthly settlement for bus fees.
