1. Advanced intelligent operating system

PLC software supported, simply set the target quantity on the touch screen for automatic adjustment to reach the target. Taiwan Wellon color touch display, all operations, monitoring, and instructional functions are completed through the touch screen.

2. Stable filling and refilling function

By employing the principle of functional separation, no liquid topping is added during the filling process, and no filling is conducted during the topping process, thereby overcoming the instability of floating ball filling with simultaneous topping.

3. Automatic cap sealing function for small bottles

The machine, equipped with a nozzle fitting, ensures a perfect match between the bottle opening and the filling nozzle during small-volume (glass bottles, etc.) filling.
