HEDP is an organic lignoic acid-based scale and corrosion inhibitor that can form stable complexes with various metal ions such as iron, copper, and zinc, and dissolve oxides on metal surfaces. It remains effective in corrosion inhibition and scale prevention at temperatures up to 250°C and maintains stability at high pH levels, with low tendency to hydrolyze and分解 under normal light and heat conditions. Its resistance to acidity and alkalinity, as well as to chlorine oxidation, is superior to other organic lignoic acids (salts). It can form hexacyclic chelates with metal ions in water, particularly calcium ions, thus exhibiting excellent scale inhibition and distinct solubility limit effects. When used in combination with other water treatment chemicals, it demonstrates ideal synergistic effects. HEDP solid is a high-purity product suitable for cold, harsh winter regions; it is especially suitable for cleaning agents in the electronics industry and as an additive for everyday chemical products.
