The HB standard industrial gearbox features an airtight cabinet structure, a large surface area of the cabinet, and a large fan. Both cylindrical gears and spiral bevel gears are manufactured using advanced hobbing technology, resulting in reduced temperature rise, noise reduction, enhanced operational reliability, and increased power transmission.
Industrial gearboxes feature a universal design concept, accommodating both parallel and perpendicular shafts in a single housing. This reduces the variety of parts and increases the number of available specifications and models.
Gearboxes are available in 3 to 26 models, with 1 to 4 reduction stages and a speed ratio of 1.25 to 450.
Installation Methods: Base Mounting, Hollow Shaft Mounting, Swivel Base Mounting, Torque Arm Mounting.
Input Method: Motor-connected Flange, shaft input.
Output Methods: Solid shafts with flat keys, hollow shafts with flat keys, hollow shafts connected by tension disks, hollow shafts connected by splines, solid shafts connected by splines, and solid shafts connected by flanges.
Available for reverse stopper upon customer's request. Combined with R, K series for greater speed ratio.
