The K series spiral bevel gear reducer gears are all made of 20CrMnTi, treated with carburization, with a tooth surface hardness of 58-62HRC. After gear grinding, the precision can reach 6 levels. Specifically, high-speed spiral bevel gears and cone gears are ground after precision carburization to ensure a tooth surface contact of over 75%, guaranteeing product reliability and low noise. The main transmission parts of the reducer use imported bearings, and sealing parts are selected from Taiwan's skeleton oil seals. The power range is from 0.09KW to 220KW, with output torque reaching 120N.M to 42000N.M. The speed ratio can be from 8 to 190 (with a 4-pole motor); with a 6-pole or 8-pole motor, a lower output speed can be achieved. For even lower output speeds, a two-stage reducer combination can be used, providing a lower output speed (over 10,000 speed ratios). Adding an infinitely variable speed drive at the input end can further achieve variable speed requirements. The output types include vertical and horizontal, with solid shafts, hollow shafts (or custom made), and can be installed and used in different orientations and angles, with the ability to run in both directions. Additionally, various types of motors can be matched, such as standard motors, single-phase motors, explosion-proof motors, variable frequency motors, and braking motors. The K series helical-bevel gear reducers are widely used in food and grain machinery, printing and packaging machinery, multi-level parking equipment, environmental protection machinery, conveying equipment, chemical equipment, metallurgical and mining equipment, iron and steel power equipment, road construction machinery, and more.
