The F series parallel shaft helical gear reducer utilizes 20CrMnTi gear material, which is carburized for surface hardness of 58-62HRC. Post-grinding accuracy reaches 6 levels, ensuring product reliability and low noise. The reducer's power range is from 0.09KW to 160KW, with output torque from 20N.M to 15000N.M. The speed ratio is 4.3-273 (with a 4-pole motor), offering two-stage transmission (efficiency up to 96%) and three-stage transmission (efficiency up to 94%). Lower output speeds are achievable with 6-pole or 8-pole motors. For even lower speeds, a dual-stage reducer combination can be used, providing a lower output speed (with a speed ratio of over 10,000). An infinitely variable speed drive can be added to the input end for further speed adjustment. Available mounting types include vertical and horizontal, with solid and hollow output shafts (or custom made), suitable for installation in various orientations and reversible operation. Additionally, various motor types are available, including standard, single-phase, explosion-proof, variable-frequency, and braking motors. The F series parallel shaft helical gear reducer is widely used in food and grain machinery, printing and packaging equipment, multi-level parking equipment, environmental protection equipment, conveying equipment, chemical equipment, metallurgical and mining equipment, iron and steel power equipment, etc. (These products have been used in the market to replace cycloidal pinion reducers to meet higher requirements.)
