I. Application and Usage Scope

Speed closed-loop control is indispensable in the automation systems of coal mines. Particularly on equipment such as mine hoists, belt conveyors for both personnel and materials, and mule cars, where high speed feedback requirements are critical, speed closed-loop control is employed to enhance the reliability of system operation. For this purpose, the BQH12 explosion-proof encoder for mines (hereinafter referred to as the encoder) is essential in closed-loop control or speed protection systems. This encoder can be used in conjunction with the electrical control units of mine hoists, belt conveyors for both personnel and materials, mule cars, and other equipment, or it can be used independently as a speed measurement and protection device for hoists, mule cars, belt conveyors, and other equipment.

Environmental Requirements:

a. Environmental Temperature: 0℃ to +40℃

b. Average Relative Humidity: Not more than 95% (+25℃)

c. Atmospheric Pressure: 80kPa to 106kPa

d. Applications with no significant vibration or shock.

e. Coal dust and explosive gas environments exist underground in coal mines.

f. In environments without severe dampness, waterlogging, or insulation damage from corrosive gases.
