GEJ30(A) Intrinsic Safety Mine Runaway Sensor

I. Main Applications
GEJ30(A) Intrinsic Safety Mine Runaway Sensor (hereinafter referred to as the Runaway Sensor) is suitable for use in coal mine underground environments, either in series or parallel with intrinsic safety systems. "Used in circuits that have passed intrinsic safety inspection" serves as a fault detection and protection for conveyor belt deviation in belt conveyors, integrated into the intrinsic safety system control. When the Runaway Sensor detects a deviation signal, the conveyor belt system will issue a deviation signal, control the power supply to shut down, and stop. The Runaway Sensor is also applicable in non-explosive ground environments, such as steel mills, cement plants, power plants, ports, and docks, where belt conveyors are used.
Section II: Environmental Conditions for Use
The bias sensor should operate reliably under the following conditions:
a. Environmental temperature -10 to +40℃;
b. Average relative humidity not exceeding 95% at (+25℃).
c. Atmospheric Pressure: 80~106 KPa
d. Applications with no significant vibration or impact.
e. Coal dust explosive mixtures are present in the underground coal mine, but there are no corrosive gases that damage insulation.
f. Applications without external cold or heat sources.
