1. Filtration System:
Primary and secondary filters are made of stainless steel, reusable. The precision filter is made of special material.
How to Clean the Filter Cartridge:
Each filter core is equipped with a pressure gauge. When the pressure exceeds 0.4 Mpa, the over-pressure controller will protect the machine. As the pressure rises, the machine will automatically shut down. At this point, you need to clean the filter (unscrew the bolts, remove the filter, then clean it with diesel or kerosene, and after cleaning, you can dry the filter with an air compressor.)
If the pressure exceeds 0.4 Mpa, even after cleaning the filter, it means the filter needs to be replaced.
2. Heating System:
The heating system includes heaters, temperature controllers, and protection systems. Multiple heaters can be used individually or in tandem. The temperature controller can only be activated when both the temperature controller and vacuum pump are running simultaneously. This ensures the safe operation of the heater while preventing oil aging. It also allows for real-time monitoring of the heater's temperature, ensuring the equipment operates within the set temperature range. If the temperature exceeds the set limit, the heater will automatically cease heating.
3. Vacuum System:
The vacuum system consists of a vacuum separator, vacuum pump, Roots pump, condenser, cooler, etc., capable of removing water and moisture.
