The hydraulic oil filter has features such as small size, light weight, easy mobility, low noise, long continuous operating time, stable performance, and easy operation. It is an ideal equipment for power plants, power stations, transformer substations, electrical manufacturing plants, oil refineries, petrochemical industries, and other mining and manufacturing enterprises to filter moisture, gases, and particulate matter from transformer oil, turbine oil, and lubricating oil with a viscosity of 40# or below.
1. Compact and lightweight.
2. Employing vacuum oil injection, the unit features a tubular rotary atomizer, reducing resistance, accelerating rotation speed, and enhancing oil-gas separation efficiency.
3. Enhanced with a degummed oil regeneration and purification feature, the system now incorporates a silica gel oil purification unit, integrating it with impurity filtration. For slightly degraded transformer oil, after removing impurities, it undergoes adsorption and regeneration through the silica gel oil purifier, achieving qualified oil standards.
Vacuum Oil Filter Principle
The Vacuum Oil Purifier is designed based on the principle of different boiling points between water and oil. It consists of a vacuum heating tank, fine filter, condenser, initial filter, water tank, vacuum pump, oil discharge pump, and an electrical cabinet. The vacuum pump evacuates air from the vacuum tank to create a vacuum. Under the action of atmospheric pressure, the external oil flows into the initial filter through an inlet pipe, removing larger particles, and then into the heating tank. The oil heated to between 40~75°C passes through an automatic oil float valve, which controls the balance of oil in and out of the vacuum tank. The heated oil is rapidly spun into a semi-fog state by the spray vanes, with the water in the oil rapidly evaporating into steam and continuously drawn into the condenser by the vacuum pump. The steam enters the condenser, cools, and returns as water, which is released. Inside the vacuum heating tank, the oil is discharged by the oil discharge pump into the fine filter, where it is filtered through oil paper or a filter core to remove minute impurities. This completes the vacuum oil purifier's rapid process of removing impurities, water, and gases from the oil, allowing the clean oil to be discharged from the machine.
Hydraulic oil filter machines are essential auxiliary equipment in the production of oil, widely used in the on-site treatment of transformer oil, turbine oil, machine tool lubricating oil, switch oil, and transformer oil. After a period of use with industrial oil, water contamination and particle contamination may occur in the oil, which accelerates oil degradation, speeds up metal fatigue, exacerbates the wear of hydraulic components, and leads to the loss of insulating strength in insulating oil.
