The specialized oil filter for lubricants removes larger mechanical impurities from the polluted oil through a coarse filter. The polluted oil is then heated to a certain temperature by an infrared heater (controlled by an automatic thermostat). Due to the different expansion coefficients of oil and water, the density difference increases rapidly, accelerating the breakdown of the "oil-in-water" emulsion film. Additionally, heating reduces the viscosity of the oil, facilitating the coalescence and settling of water droplets. The heated oil is buffered and unloaded; it then enters the centrifugal chamber below the cylindrical condensation chamber in an eccentric manner. The slight centrifugal force only deforms the emulsion film, not causing the oil to become cloudy. As the binding force between oil and water decreases and their specific gravities differ, when the swirling oil passes through the separator tower, the tiny dispersed water droplets combine into larger droplets as they settle, under the combined action of whirlpools and gravity, eventually settling to the bottom water storage chamber. The preliminary purified oil flows through an emulsifier removal chamber to further remove emulsifiers, such as gums and soaps, and some pigments. It is then passed through a felt filter to remove water and fine adsorbent particles. Finally, through a vacuum separation system equipped with a special separator tower, oil level control devices, and a strong condensation unit, the residual water content in the oil is separated under vacuum. The drier oil is then pumped, increased in pressure, and passed through a fine filter. This not only filters out fine solid impurities but also breaks down any remaining emulsion films, achieving oil-water replenishment and re-separation, resulting in clean oil.
