The impact strength of the polycarbonate sheets reaches 3 kg/cm. They can withstand a drop of two meters from a 3 kg hammer without cracking, earning them the nicknames of "unbreakable glass" and "resonant steel." The impact resistance of PC boards allows for cold bending into shapes at room temperature, as well as hot bending. Our company has large bending machines and oven equipment, capable of cold and hot bending成型 processing on PC boards up to 2.5 meters. The sheets can be cold-bent on-site according to design plans to form arches, semi-circular roofs, and windows. The minimum bend radius is 100 times the thickness of the sheet.

PC board engraving
Based on the customer-provided drawings or product samples, we carve using imported PC boards as the base material. Our company has introduced large-scale CNC carving machines, which can achieve a precision of 0.07mm and carve various shapes on sheets up to 1300mm x 2500mm in size. We offer a range of processing services including flat holes, round holes, and multi-angle holes, catering to the diverse technical requirements for panels, enclosures, and windows.


The company has introduced PC board cutting equipment, offering precise cuts with stable dimensions and minimal error. We can provide various sizing services for PC boards, including PC clear boards, PC frosted boards, PC embossed boards, and PC sheets, according to customer requirements. Standard PC board sizes are 1000mm*2000mm and 1220mm*2440mm, and we can also produce or cut to customer-specified sizes.
PC boards are lightweight: their density is only half that of glass, saving costs on transportation, handling, installation, and support frames. PC boards are flame-retardant grade 1, or B1. The self-ignition temperature of PC boards is 580 degrees Celsius, they self-extinguish after being removed from the fire, and do not produce toxic gases or contribute to the spread of flames.
