Bonded with PC adhesive, the PC sheets offer a strong, aesthetically pleasing bond without leaving residue, suitable for manufacturing various boxes, mechanical accessories, craft items, and more.


PC sheet material, plate bending
The impact strength of the polycarbonate sheet reaches 3 kg/cm. It can withstand a fall of two meters with a 3 kg hammer without cracking, earning it the nickname of "unbreakable glass" and "resonant steel." The impact resistance of the PC board allows for cold bending and shaping at room temperature, as well as hot bending. Our company has large bending machines and oven equipment, capable of cold and hot bending shaping for PC boards up to 2.5 meters. The polycarbonate sheet can be cold-bent on-site according to design plans to form arches, semi-circular roofs, and windows. The minimum bending radius is 100 times the thickness of the sheet.

PC Board Engraving
Based on customer-provided drawings or product samples, we carve using imported PC boards as the base material. Our company has introduced large-scale CNC carving machinery, which can achieve precision down to 0.07mm and is capable of carving and cutting various shapes on sheets up to 1300mm x 2500mm in size. We can produce flat squares, round holes, and multi-angle holes to meet various technical processing requirements for panels, enclosures, and viewing windows.

PC boards possess properties such as impact resistance, heat resistance, cold resistance, and weather resistance, making them widely used in the manufacturing of auto parts, equipment, aerospace, electronic appliances, and lighting fixtures. Our company uses imported polycarbonate boards for mold making, offering customers various PC board products for processing, hot bending, and forming, ensuring specific dimensions and shapes with a pass rate of over 98%. The PC board is coated with an anti-ultraviolet layer on one side and has anti-condensation treatment on the other, combining anti-ultraviolet, heat insulation, and drip-proof features. It can block ultraviolet rays and is suitable for protecting valuable artworks and exhibits from UV damage.
