Qingdao Luobao Energy-saving Technology Co., Ltd. and Dongying Tianrun New Energy Co., Ltd. have jointly developed the NR-7SY ultra-abrasion-resistant, high-temperature, and high-pressure anti-corrosion coating for the inner wall of oil pipelines in oilfields. This product has passed the testing of Shengli Oilfield and its performance addresses the current corrosion issues of CO2 and H2S in oil extraction pipes. The NR-7SY series ultra-abrasion-resistant and anti-corrosion diamond coating, distinct from previous anti-corrosion coatings, is composed of NR-7 fluorosilicone resin with strong penetration and nano-sized silicon carbide (diamond powder) as additives. It boasts strong adhesion, high hardness, and a bright, wear-resistant surface capable of withstanding corrosion by H2S and CO2 under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions. It is one of the most advanced matching products for the current advanced oil extraction methods, solving the corrosion issues困扰困扰ing the oilfield industry due to new extraction techniques and the associated protection challenges for new corrosion conditions and media. Product Features
Product passes Victory Oilfield inspection: coating meets the hardness and wear resistance requirements of Q/SH1020 1942-2018 "General Technical Conditions for Abrasion and Corrosion Resistance Oil Pipes", with high hardness, strong adhesion, and no change in coating under high pressure (35Mp, 1.0Mp CO2) and at temperatures above 107℃ in Victory brine, and can be applied in temperatures as low as -50℃.
