Instrument Introduction:
ZGF-BModel instrument is the upgraded and replaced product of the non-destructive hardness testing instrument made of steel material in our factory. The main heart is from Intel Corporation. 5p Series single-board computers are used as the primary signal data processing, analysis, and control, with peripheral devices adopted uniformly.COMS Medium to small-scale integrated circuits, featuring low power consumption and strong anti-interference capabilities.
Due to varying magnetic permeability materials and hardness values, the effects of material and component defects (such as cracks, pores, inclusions, etc.) on the magnetic field are different. When the item to be measured is placed in a probe with a uniformly distributed magnetic field, a variable magnetic field quantity is generated. This variable magnetic field quantity is transmitted to the instrument through the probe, where it is analyzed and processed by the instrument's central circuit. Directly displays material types, hardness values, etc., enabling rapid identification and differentiation of material and workpiece hardness as well as defects.
