Instrument Introduction:
This system is applicable for
1.Cast iron, ductile iron, wear-resistant cast iron, and forgeable cast iron (commonly known as malleable iron) parts hardness sorting, various cast iron products
Hardness testing after normalizing, annealing, quenching, or tempering can all be automatically sorted using this system.
2.Hardness testing and sorting for normalizing and annealing parts of any steel grade, such as various rolling threads, gears, etc.
3.Water heating pipe fittings hardness sorting.
Principle:
Hardness sorting primarily relies on the impedance plane analysis technology based on electromagnetic induction. The sorting probe consists of a primary coil and a secondary coil powered by alternating current. When the workpiece is placed in the coil, eddy currents are induced in the workpiece according to electromagnetic principles. The magnetic field produced by the eddy currents causes a change in the induced voltage of the secondary coil, thereby altering the probe's impedance. By analyzing this change, the variation of specific thermal physical properties of the workpiece, such as hardness, size, and material composition, can be determined.
Equipment:
This system includes a hardness separator, detection coils, mechanical transmission, and automatic sorting. The instruments use inter-car circuitry and imported components, featuring stable and reliable performance with high sensitivity. The instrument panel is equipped with functions such as power adjustment, sensitivity adjustment, phase adjustment, impedance balancing, and counting of qualified and unqualified products. It employs a Wu-Wu fluorescent oscilloscope tube for display. The detection coils consist of two, with one standard coil for placing qualified products and another measuring coil for detecting workpiece hardness. The mechanical transmission section is made entirely of non-magnetic materials to avoid interference from other magnetic materials. The automatic sorting section utilizes pneumatic technology.
