SGF-1B Type Digital Non-Destructive Sorting Instrument for Steel Materials
Instrument Introduction:
SGF-1B All models of instruments use imported electronic components. To enhance reliability, the signal processing circuitry employs both medium and small-scale analog and digital integrated circuits. A single printed circuit board is utilized to minimize internal wiring and shorten the signal transmission path, thereby reducing interference. The rear panel of the machine is equipped with an alarm output socket, which facilitates connection to automatic detection production lines. It features both AC and DC operation, serving multiple purposes: it is suitable for sorting steel grades, selecting heat treatment hardness, as well as for sorting mixed materials before and after heat treatment of steel parts and for non-destructive quality inspection of overburning. Additionally, it is applicable for crack detection under certain conditions.
