Instrument Introduction: 
     Due to the fact that ferromagnetic materials can induce a certain electrical current value within an alternating magnetic field, our probe emits a uniform magnetic field. For workpieces of the same specification and size but with different hardness and internal surface cracks, the induced current value within the magnetic field is different.STY-2TypeThe dual-line hardness and non-destructive flaw sorting machine measures the size of the current induced in the probe by workpieces of the same specification and size, and compares it with the size of the current induced in the probe by standard samples of the same specification and size. It then displays this as magnetic flux on the computer screen, enabling the differentiation of the hardness and crack quality of the measured workpieces of the same specification and size.。
