Instrument Introduction:
Automated flaw detection suitable for automotive parts, metal components, online and offline inspection of fasteners, and other mechanical parts such as tube inner walls, drill plates, bearing rings, tubes, mechanical components, hole blanks, billets, and round billets. Equipped with dual channels, it can drive a combined probe composed of differential coils, and simultaneously collect data in the detection channel, used for detecting metal tubes and rods..Vertical cracks and transverse defects (such as seams), blind holes, and open cracks in wire during production Defects at this stage exhibit high sensitivity. Cracks and scratches on products caused by faults during the production process can be reliably detected. The signals obtained from the detection channels can be displayed in real-time on the screen as impedance plane graphs and time-base scan graphs.
