Working Principle
The preparation process of polymer solutions is completed step by step through individual solution tanks, which are separated from each other. Achieve dissolution time and a constant concentration within each tank, avoiding short circuits between the pre-mixed tank and the solution storage tank. The level gauge sends signals based on the liquid level, controlled by electrical automation. Once the level reaches "low," the electronic water inlet valve is opened, and the dry powder dosing machine is simultaneously activated. The amount of dry powder and water can be accurately adjusted to achieve the required concentration. As the water intake increases, the level reaches "high," and the medication solution circulation process stops. The agitator remains in the operational state.

A complete set of dry powder automatic dosing system is assembled with a conveying machine, material storage bin, tank, dry powder wetting unit, float ball level controller, agitator, inlet pipeline accessories and instruments, metering pump and its installation accessories.
