Operating Principle
The polymer solution preparation process is completed step by step through individual solution tanks, which are separated from each other. Dissolution time and a constant concentration are achieved within each tank, without creating a short circuit between the pre-mixed slurry tank and the solution storage tank. The level gauge transmits signals based on the liquid level and is controlled by an electrical self-powered mechanism. Once the liquid level reaches "low," the electronic water inlet valve is opened, and the dry powder dosing machine is simultaneously activated. The amount of dry powder and water can be accurately adjusted to achieve the required concentration. As the water input increases, the liquid level reaches "high," at which point the drug solution circulation process stops. The agitator remains in the operational state.
