Working Principle and Composition
The device consists of a control system and a dosing system. The control system includes an industrial pH meter, an adjuster, a variable-frequency drive, and a control circuit. The dosing system comprises a dosing pump and a chemical storage tank.
The sample water is cooled to a temperature between 20 ~ 35°C after passing through the cooler. The pH meter measures the pH value of the sample water, displaying it numerically and converting it to a 4~20mA standard signal for output to the MPS programmable controller. The MPS programmable controller compares the input signal with the set value, performs logical operations based on the comparison results using a specific algorithm, and outputs a corresponding 4~20mA current to control the variable-frequency drive of the dosing pump motor. Adjusting the dosing pump motor speed meets the requirements for controlling the dosing amount, thereby ensuring the controlled parameters operate in an optimal state.
The system is equipped with protective functions: When the liquid level in the medicine box is low, a low-level contact signal is sent to the MPS, and the MPS will not start the dosing pump. When the pressure in the dosing pipeline is high, a high-pressure contact signal is sent to the MPS, and the MPS will stop the dosing pump.
