JY Water Quality Stabilization Chemical Feeding Unit
Structure
The JY type dosing unit is equipped with a glass fiber reinforced plastic chemical solution tank, an electric stirrer, two chemical solution storage tanks, a dosing unit, piping, a steel platform ladder, and other components, forming an integrated unit.
The JY type dosing unit consists of three main parts in all three models: 1. Blender; 2. Solution tank; 3. Metering device and dosing equipment.

Note 1: ZJ type metering pumps can be matched with GK38-67L/2.94MPa-Ⅰ (Ⅱ, III); JZ-80/10-I (Ⅱ, III); GK38-134L/2.94MPa-Ⅰ (Ⅱ, III).

Selection and Operation Instructions
1. When the dosing unit must be used continuously, at least two sets are required: one for operation and one for preparing the drug solution.
2. When adding chemicals, the recirculating cooling water system must be flushed with water or chemically cleaned to activate the surface of the cooling tower media and heat exchanger pipes. Then, pre-film treatment should be conducted. The pre-film chemical dosage is 200 ~ 300 PPM, and the pre-film treatment time is 24 ~ 48 hours.
3. Measure the required medication quantity and water volume based on the desired concentration, the槽 volume of the medication, and its purity. Add the medication to the medication sleeve, open the water supply valve, and add the necessary amount of water.
4. Start the mixer to ensure the added chemicals are completely dissolved and well-mixed. Before adding the chemicals, first open the 45° angle valve (Dg32) to fill the solution tank. Simultaneously, adjust the metering device (metering pump or rotameter) to the set dosage. Then, open the 45° angle valve at the bottom of the solution tank (Dg25) to begin dosing.
5. To prevent the concentration of circulating cooling water from rising, pipeline filters and by-pass units must be installed.
