Working Principle
When using a recirculating water supply system, it is necessary to consider water quality treatment for the recirculated water based on the water quality used, and adding water treatment chemicals is one of the important measures for water quality treatment in the recirculating water supply system.

Application Scope
1. Water supply engineering: dissolution, mixing, and dosing of coagulants, flocculants, and disinfectants.
2. Preparation and dosing of various acidic and alkaline solutions.
3. Preparation and dosing of regenerant in softening and desalination treatment.
4. Preparation and dosing of recirculating cooling water quality stabilizer.

Operation Instructions
1. When continuous use of the dosing equipment is required, at least two sets are needed: one for operation and one for preparing the medication solution.
2. When adding the chemical, it is necessary to perform a water flush or chemical flush on the recirculating cooling water system to activate the cooling tower fill material and the metal surface of the heat exchanger pipes. Then, proceed with pre-film treatment, with the dosage of pre-film chemical at 200-300 ppm, and a pre-film duration of 24-48 hours.
3. Measure the medication and water amounts according to the required concentration, based on the volume of the medication tank and its purity, add the medication to the tank, and then top up with the required amount of water.
4. Start the mixer to ensure the added chemicals are completely dissolved and well-mixed. Before adding the chemicals, first open the inlet valve to fill the solution tank to capacity. At the same time, adjust the dosing device to the required amount. Then, open the triangular valve at the bottom of the solution tank. You can then begin the dosing process.
5. To prevent the concentration of recirculating cooling water from increasing, pipeline filters and by-pass filters must be installed.
