Working Principle
Ultrafiltration is a membrane separation process driven by pressure, utilizing sieving as its separation principle. It offers a filtration precision ranging from 0.005 to 0.01 μm, effectively removing particles, colloids, bacteria, heat sources, and high-molecular organic substances from water. It is applicable for separation, concentration, and purification of substances. The ultrafiltration process involves no phase change and operates at room temperature, making it particularly suitable for the separation of heat-sensitive materials. It also boasts excellent temperature resistance, acid-base resistance, and oxidation resistance, allowing for long-term continuous use under conditions of 60℃ or below and a pH range of 2-11.
