HJG Type Chassis-type Sludge Scraper

Working Principle and Construction

This unit is composed of a running girder, drive mechanism, slag removal mechanism, scraper lifting mechanism, program control, and limit device. The power and signal cable winding, sliding contact line, and slider assembly can be provided according to the customer's requirements. The mud scraper is raised fully when not scraping. Upon returning to the starting position for scraping, the scraper drops.
Features
1. The pivot-mounted scraper arm can automatically separate and gather debris without getting stuck.
2. The quick return feature can be achieved when using variable speed transmission.
3. Achievable PLC automatic operation (full or half stroke operation).
4. Features a scraper function, capable of both de-loading and unidirectional sludge removal.
5. For larger spans, synchronous motors are generally used to avoid track climbing.
6. The scraper is equipped with a rubber plate and roller, ensuring thorough and reliable mud removal.
Application Scope
This unit is suitable for mechanical removal of sludge, sand, and floatables from reverse flow and flat flow sedimentation basins and grit chambers, commonly used in primary sedimentation basins, with reverse flow scraper for sludge removal and parallel flow for waste disposal.
