LXG Type Central Drive Sludge Sucker (Single Pipe Sucker)

Operating Principle and Construction
The central drive sludge suction machine is mainly composed of the transmission structure, central vertical frame, suction frame, scraper frame, scraper blades, and skimming mechanism, etc. Wastewater enters the water distribution channel from the periphery and uniformly flows into the sedimentation tank through the bottom water distribution holes. Under the action of the peripheral inlet baffle, the water flows from the bottom of the tank towards the center and returns to the peripheral outlet channel from above. The peripheral water distribution channel is designed with variable cross-sectional water distribution holes that are unevenly distributed to ensure uniform water distribution around the tank. The drive unit moves a variable diameter sludge suction pipe fixed to the truss slowly around the bottom of the tank. Specially designed holes on the suction pipe, powered by static water pressure, suck the settled sludge at the bottom of the tank into the suction pipe, which is then discharged through the mud outlet. The floating scum scraper blades remove the floating scum from the surface of the sedimentation tank into the scum collection bin and out of the tank.
Application Scope
The LXG type central drive sludge remover is suitable for sedimentation pond sludge removal with peripheral water intake and outflow. It can overcome the difficulties of active sludge with low specific gravity, high moisture content, and difficulty in scraping. That is, while suctioning sludge, part of the sludge can also be scraped by the scraper and discharged directly, and the sludge suction amount can be adjusted arbitrarily.
