PHX Type Horizontal Flow Sedimentation Tank Suction Sludge Pump

Working Principle and Construction

The PHX Type Horizontal Flow Sedimentation Sump Suction Sludge Machine utilizes the siphon principle for mud removal, relying on a submersible pump and water jet to form a siphon. The sludge suction machine moves back and forth on a guide rail while simultaneously suctioning mud. Through the instructions of the electrical control system, the driving mechanisms at both ends of the main beam synchronize to drive the rollers, which in turn move the pool bottom mud collection device. The mud collection device scrapes sludge to each suction mud port, continuously discharging it out of the pool under the siphon action. The frequency of mud removal can be determined based on the amount of sludge.
Features
1. Low energy consumption, excellent mud removal, and minimal mud interference.
2. The equipment features a simple structure, simplifies the sedimentation basin design, and saves on engineering investment.
3. High level of automation, with simple operation and maintenance management.
Application Scope
The PHX type horizontal sedimentation basin siphon sludge removal machine is a mechanical sludge removal device for horizontal sedimentation basins, widely used for scraping and suction removal of sediment at the bottom of horizontal sedimentation basins located on the ground or semi-subterranean levels in water supply and drainage projects.
