ZXG Type Central Drive Sludge Scraper

Working Principle and Construction

The ZXG type central drive scraper is mainly composed of the main beam (working bridge), central support, drive unit, scraper collection device, scum scraper, flow stabilizer tube, scum rake plate, small scraper, overflow device, and control cabinet. The scum scraper, scum rake plate, and scum funnel form the skimming mechanism, which effectively removes scum from the water surface. The main beam is a large component connecting the central support and the walking end beam, featuring walkways and railings. The bottom of the steel beam is connected to the scraper frame, skimming mechanism, and small scraper, etc., which, driven by the walking end beam, completes the scraping and skimming tasks.

Application Scope
The ZXG type central drive scraper is widely used for sludge removal in sedimentation tanks of water supply projects, with the entire machine's load acting at the center of the working bridge. After the wastewater is distributed by the central flow stabilizing tube, it flows into the peripheral overflow channel. As the flow rate decreases, the suspended solids in the wastewater are separated and settle at the bottom of the tank. The scraper collects the settled sludge into the central sludge collection trough, and it is then discharged through the sludge pipe by the static water pressure. Detailed civil engineering condition drawings will be provided after the model is selected by the customer.
