ZG Type Drum Grating Cleaning Machine

Operating Principle
ZG-I Model
The equipment is installed at a 35-degree angle in the canal. Waste water enters the drum from the end of the rotating drum, and water exits through the slats on the side of the drum. The grille retains suspended particles and floating matter in the drum. The drum rotates at a certain speed. Above the drum, there are nylon brushes and washing water nozzles to remove the screenings and dry them through a spiral conveyor. The dried material is then transported to the upper discharge hopper and removed by a conveyor.
ZG-I Model
The equipment is installed at a 35-degree angle in the canal. Waste water flows through the open-grid port and into the channel, where the bars trap solid waste. When a certain water level difference is reached, a rotating rake, positioned on the central axis, rotates within the grid drum. The rake tines insert into the grid bars to clean them and drive the rake upwards. As it reaches the highest point, all the rakes fall into the central rake spiral groove, where they are compressed and dehydrated by the spiral conveyor press, and then transported to the upper discharge bin for removal.
Features
1. Thorough slag removal, with high separation efficiency.
2. Large filtration area with minimal hydraulic loss.
3. Integrated with multiple functions, featuring a compact structure.
4. Full stainless steel construction with minimal maintenance required.
Application
The equipment is suitable for wastewater treatment projects in urban sewage, industrial wastewater, food processing, papermaking, and other industries. It retrieves and removes floating debris and sediments from the water source intake, and then dries and discharges the screenings after squeezing out the moisture.
