Working Principle and Construction
The LB Type Chain Plate Rotating Grating Debris Separator is a continuous operating cleaning equipment produced by our company. It intercepts debris in the liquid through the grid bars. The rake plate descends from the back of the grid bars to the bottom, rotates to the front of the grid bars, and lifts the debris from bottom to top to the discharge point for discharge, achieving solid-liquid separation. The width can reach up to 4 meters. The rake plate is driven by the plate-type chain on both sides for cyclic operation. The spacing of the rake plates is 1.2m-1.5m, effectively removing larger debris such as wood blocks and bamboo sticks, as well as silt and sand at the bottom of the grid.

Features
1. The drive unit features a cycloidal pinwheel reducer, offering low noise, compact structure, and smooth, safe operation.
2. The racks feature a unique frame structure with high rigidity and are easy to install and maintain. Available in carbon steel and stainless steel, carbon steel racks are treated for corrosion resistance.
3. All transmission parts are made of stainless steel, effectively preventing corrosion and damage to the equipment.
4. Rake plate is precision machined on CNC machine tools, ensuring high accuracy and an aesthetically pleasing appearance. The grid spacing can be determined according to customer requirements.
5. The PLC can control its automatic operation based on the liquid level difference before and after the grille; and there is a manual switch on-site for manual operation. The operation program can be designed according to actual user needs, and a total control interface is left for remote control. Simple, flexible, and safe operation.
6. To prevent accidental overloading, an overload current protection is in place, and a safety pin protection is designed on the drive chain wheel. This system implements both mechanical and electrical dual protection, ensuring safe and reliable operation.

Application Scope
Used in various stormwater and sewage pump stations for urban wastewater treatment; water supply lift stations; and at the influent of wastewater treatment plants, it is a cleaning equipment used to intercept and remove floating debris.
