The KPM linear displacement sensor with ball eye mounting socket is primarily suited for extreme mechanical motion behaviors. The cylindrical articulated displacement sensor boasts high measurement accuracy and robustness. It measures the resistance value of conductive resistive materials printed on PCBs to achieve precise measurements. The precious metal brush material is mounted on the drive rod, tightly integrated with the conductive resistive body. It features high measurement accuracy, long lifespan, and an automatic electrical grounding function, making it less susceptible to electromagnetic interference. The double-end shaft supports the force rod, articulated head, and ball eye socket, offering durability, strong vibration resistance, and optional cable or plug connection for output.
The KPM Micro-Hinged Conductive Plastic Mold Series Linear Displacement Sensors offer an effective stroke of 10mm to 700mm, with 2mm buffer stroke at both ends, and precision of 0.5% to 0.05% FS. The housing surface is anodized for corrosion resistance; it features an internal plastic composite engineering smooth guide rail, with no temperature drift and long lifespan. The sealing rating is IP67, offering both direct wiring and five-core plug and socket outputs. Particularly suitable for installations with limited space, where the body cannot be fixed and movement involves swinging, without the need for alignment. The maximum speed for extreme motion is 5m/s for vertical installation and 2m/s for horizontal installation. The KPM series is used to measure displacement changes in situations with swinging, employing a dual-eye bearing automatic alignment linkage device. A 15° angle deviation in the connection does not affect performance. The brush holder structure is designed with an elastic compensation mechanism, ensuring stable and reliable operation, and extending service life.
