The Rock Direct Shear Tester is developed in accordance with the National Standard (GBT 50266-2013) "Standard for Test Methods of Engineering Rock Mass," the "Code of Practice for Rock Test of Highway Engineering" (JTG F41-2005), and the "Code of Practice for Rock Test of Hydropower Engineering" (SL/T264-2020). It is mainly used for direct shear tests on soft rock itself or structural planes (such as joint planes, bedding planes, schistose planes, and fissure planes, etc.) under rated direct shear strength, as well as for the tensile shear strength tests of concrete and other materials at their bonding surfaces. Its structural performance meets the requirements of the test specifications.

15. Shear cylinders and ram rods must be adjustable up and down (adjust the shear force height directly based on the sample height), adjustment method: require screw thread handwheel type.

The software boasts independent intellectual property rights, with a certificate of self-owned intellectual property rights, certificate number: Software Registration No. 4019370, for easy addition of future functions; the multi-channel controller employs a single control board card for direct control of both normal and tangential dual systems, with at least ≥12 control and collection channels.
17. The requirement is for a four-column structure with normal force and tangential reaction being precision-machined from four sets of "L-shaped column" structures. It should have adjustable guidance and resistance to compression and tension. The finished product should be well-machined with no external sheet metal packaging.
18. The hydraulic pump features an ultra-quiet Italian-made Mazzucchelli gear pump. The system hydraulic pressure is ≤25MPa, with on-site window inspection provided.

1. Computerized automatic control, where parameters such as speed, force, and displacement are all controlled and displayed on the computer, with automatic analysis and calculation performed in the database.
2. Real-time recording of test curves during the testing process, displaying and saving, with high-speed sampling.
3. Data and report processing features provide users with a dedicated report editing tool for graphic layout, featuring flexible operation and ease of learning, allowing for convenient printing of test curves and values.
4. Reports available: Shear stress-displacement curve, displacement-displacement curve, shear stress-normal displacement, shear stress-normal stress curve (provided: C-Φ value), can simultaneously display stress-strain curve, force-time, force-displacement, and other curves. Characteristic points on the curves can be arbitrarily extracted.
5. Real-time display of the current normal and shear force values, peak values, test process information, and current displacement.
6. The software features an automatic zeroing system for displacement and force values, eliminating inconsistencies in manual reading errors and other factors.
7. The area, height, environmental temperature, and other parameters for each test can be modified or filled out as per actual conditions.
8. The testing process can be edited on-site by the operator based on actual conditions, with simple and convenient programming.
9. Pressure-holding points can be set at multiple locations, speeds can be adjusted at each stage, and pressure-holding time can be set arbitrarily. The system automatically switches to the next stage upon reaching the preset conditions.
10. Adding the corresponding auxiliary equipment allows for various tests with compressive characteristics, such as uniaxial compressive strength, rock tensile strength, rock elastic modulus Poisson's ratio deformation modulus, under the rated pressure of the legal phase.
