I. Overview

The SCQ-1A automatic rock cutting machine features a fully sealed design, with variable speed control (adjustable cutting speed) and automatic cutting capabilities. It can cut through rocks, concrete, soil samples, coal block samples, minerals, crystals, and more. The machine operates with a blade-moving, table-stationary method, where the workpiece is fixed while the cutting blade moves. When the cutting table reaches the end, it automatically retracts to the starting point and stops moving. It is suitable for cutting variously shaped specimens. The machine is composed of a cutting table, speed-adjustable motor, and electrical control components. The clamp design is innovative, ensuring quick and reliable mounting, with a waterproof interior made of stainless steel plate. The overall structure is compact and reliable. It is cooled by tap water.
