Since LED screens are powered by a large number of switching power supplies, the initial startup current is high, which can easily cause a surge in the power grid. Therefore, for screens with power exceeding 10KW, a dedicated intelligent power distribution cabinet for LED screens should be provided.
This product features an indoor shell, with a total load power of 140KW, capable of connecting 42 single-phase electrical devices (such as display circuit, air conditioning circuit, fan circuit). It offers multiple protections including overcurrent and short-circuit protection, and can manually switch on/off power, and control with PLC. Standard circuit breakers are from DELEK, and contactors from Schneider Electric. PLC power supply uses high-reliability industrial products from Mingwei. Controllers are from Omron/IPMS/Siemens PLCs. It is equipped with RS232/TCP/IP communication, allowing integration with central control systems for centralized control; it also features interfaces for smoke, temperature, and other sensors. It facilitates quick and convenient external data monitoring of LED display systems, and can trigger alarms for cabinet, LED screen over-temperature, smoke, and intrusion through pre-set programs. The system is designed with a B/S architecture, supporting cross-platform compatibility with Windows, Linux, Android, Hongmeng, and more operating systems.
