Since LED displays are powered by a large number of switching power supplies, the body's instant current surge upon startup can easily impact the power grid. This product features an indoor shell with a total load power of 30KW, capable of connecting 9 single-phase electrical equipment circuits (such as display loop, air conditioning loop, fan loop). It offers multiple protections including overcurrent and short-circuit protection, and can manually switch off power, power on via PLC, and shut off power. The standard circuit breaker is a Delixi product, while the contactor is a Schneider product. The PLC power supply utilizes a high-reliability industrial-grade product from Mingwei. The controller is an Omron/IPMS/Siemens PLC product. It is equipped with RS232/TCP/IP communication capabilities, allowing for connection to central control systems for integrated control. It also has ports for smoke, temperature, and other sensors. It enables quick and convenient external data monitoring of LED display systems, and can trigger alarms for overtemperature, smoke, intrusion, etc., through preset schemes. It can automatically and intelligently control protection with set thresholds, achieving unattended operation. The system is built on a B/S architecture and is compatible with multiple platforms, including Windows, Linux, Android, Hongmeng, and Kylin, among others.
