The waterproof sock sleeve requires a waterproof film of 0.03mm thickness for the tongue material bonding; waterproof Oxford cloth + 0.03mm thick waterproof film + 4mm foam + 28GT/C, or use the mesh fabric coating process.
Two: The waterproof film must be applied smoothly without any wrinkles or damage. The waterproof inner material must withstand a pressure test of 10,000 PSI.
Three: When cutting the waterproof lining, pay attention to the cutting direction (straight cut). During the cutting process, be sure to protect the waterproof film from being scratched by the blade.
Four: The hot air缝合 machine must be adjusted correctly for waterproof strips, with temperature adjustments based on the material of the waterproof strip. The temperature should be set between 360-375 degrees, pressure at 2.5KG, and speed between 200-400 RPM (adjust according to operator's proficiency). Nozzle pressure should be 0.6KG. Six: The seams of the waterproof strips must be free of wrinkles or bubbles. Pay special attention to ensure that the edges of the waterproof strips are firmly and properly pressed down; there should be no looseness or wrinkles, especially in turns or areas with a large radius. The waterproof strips should be pressed straight, positioned in the middle of the universal thread, without deviation or excessive overlap.
Seven: Sock Liner; can be combined with the sock upper only after passing the water-resistant strip test.
Eight: The needle machine's nail should not be too long or uneven, otherwise it may tear the waterproof sock sleeve.
Nine: If PVC reinforcement is used, the PVC reinforcement should be bonded on the front side. First, apply PVC treatment agent to the front side of the PVC reinforcement, ensuring even and thorough coverage, then let it dry before applying the waterproof adhesive. After passing through the oven and drying, bond it to the surface.
Ten: Apply a light brush of water-resistant agent with a brush to the back seams of all parts of the shoe upper. Do not apply too much to prevent it from soaking through to the outside. After drying, apply water-resistant glue to secure the seams, and ensure the lower part of the shoe upper is also coated with water-resistant glue during testing. Attach waterproof umbrella strips, making sure they are firmly and neatly placed. Pay special attention to the shoe toe, mouth, and tongue junctions, which must be brushed with water-resistant agent, then dried and coated with water-resistant glue before attaching the umbrella fabric.
Eleven: Tongue cotton, adjacent mouth cotton, should be lightly sprayed with a water-resistant agent.
Twelve: The backside of the shoe upper where the eyelets are stitched should be lined with soft material (1.2) to prevent scratching the waterproof membrane.
Thirteen: During the molding process, do not apply too much glue or Hongbao water. The molding adhesive film should use benzene-free glue or anti-slip glue. Strive to complete the molding process in one go, and avoid touching sharp objects or applying excessive force to prevent the waterproof film from bursting.
Fourteen: After spraying or dotting glue on the sock liner, the upper part can be clamped. When clamping, the toe area should be covered with oil paper or PE film to prevent the waterproof membrane from being scratched.
Fifteen: After the shoe mold has been frozen and de-molded, the entire shoe surface should be sprayed with a water-resistant agent, with special attention to the tongue area and ensuring the mesh fabric is thoroughly covered.
