Volumetric Gas Water Heater
Volume Gas Water Heater: BTR (BTRO) Series Commercial Condensing Low Nitrogen Volume Gas Water Heater
All-new condensation design, efficiency up to 105%
In traditional gas equipment, the latent heat of vaporization of steam in the high-temperature flue gas from combustion is not utilized. However, with a condensing volumetric gas hot water boiler, advanced condensing technology is employed to cool the flue gas to 40~80℃, thereby fully utilizing the latent heat of vaporization of steam. Consequently, the heat output is increased by approximately 15% under the same input load.

The Function and Principle of Air Conditioner Distributing Water Meters
The function of the air conditioner condensate separator is to分流 and collect the condensate or waste water produced by the indoor air conditioner unit, and then discharge it. It operates by designing a special structure to adhere water vapor or droplets to the separator's surface, channeling the water flow into the lower drainage pipe, thereby preventing water droplets from falling inside and causing unnecessary environmental pollution and damage. Below, I will elaborate on the function and principle of the air conditioner condensate separator.
Firstly, the function of the air conditioner condensate trap is to分流 and collect condensate or wastewater generated by the indoor unit of the air conditioner, and to discharge them. When the air conditioner is running, the indoor unit absorbs moisture from the indoor air through the air circulation system, and the moisture in the air condenses into water droplets during the cooling process, which are then drained out through the drainage pipes; or when there is a significant temperature difference between the inside and outside of the air conditioner, dew points form inside the unit, leading to condensate. These water droplets or condensate will enter the condensate trap through the drainage pipes.
Next, the principle of the condensate separator is mainly achieved through the design of special structures and materials, which分流and collect condensate or water droplets generated by the indoor unit. Generally, a condensate separator consists of two parts: the collection section and the drainage section.
The water collection section is typically a concave structure, which is usually coated with a special material or finish for superhydrophilic properties. This allows water droplets or condensation to rapidly spread across the surface, increasing the contact area between water and the surface, and causing them to quickly adhere to the water collector. As a result, water droplets or condensation are prevented from dripping into the interior, achieving the effect of stopping the dripping of water.
The drainage section guides water droplets or condensation from the surface of the collector into the lower drainage pipe. The drainage section usually consists of one or more water channels or ditches, which, through their specially designed shapes and slopes, allow the water to flow in the direction of the channels or ditches and into the drainage pipe. Some split collectors may also be fitted with mesh filters to trap impurities and debris in the water, preventing clogs in the drainage pipe.
In summary, the function of an air conditioner condensate separator is to分流 and collect condensate or waste water from the indoor air conditioner unit, as well as to discharge it. Its principle involves designing special structures and materials to adhere water vapor or droplets to the separator's surface, directing the water flow into the lower drainage pipe. This prevents water droplets from falling inside, thus avoiding unnecessary environmental pollution and damage. By properly utilizing the air conditioner condensate separator, you can maintain clean and dry indoor air, enhancing the comfort of the indoor environment.
