I. Product Introduction

Integrated Rainwater Pump Station, also known as an Integrated Pumping Station, Integrated Pre-fabricated Pump Station, Integrated Lift Pump Station, and Integrated Sewage Pump Station, is buried underground for collecting rainwater and sewage. It then performs preliminary treatment such as mixing, and subsequently boosts the treated sewage through pressure increase, transporting it through pipelines to the sewage treatment plant.

Integrated pump stations provide potential and pressure energy for water, addressing the issues of drainage, water supply, and water resource allocation under non-spontaneous flow conditions. As the mainstream solution, traditional concrete pump stations are applied in drainage systems. Over time, traditional pump stations have also revealed some insurmountable drawbacks during long-term operation, such as easy corrosion of pool walls, sedimentation of impurities in the pump pit, and low integration difficulty, making effective management and monitoring challenging.

An integrated pumping station is a prefabricated, underground-mounted pumping station, fully customized to meet the specific requirements of the customer and produced in the factory. Two, Product Principle

The liquid level information from the pressure sensor or float ball feedback to the control system is then used to adjust the pump operation based on the set parameters. When the liquid level reaches the set level for pump activation, the control system initiates the pump, pumping wastewater from the pump station to the municipal wastewater pipeline outlet. If the wastewater level falls below the set level, the system shuts down the pump. This continuous cycle ensures the smooth operation of the integrated pump station.

Three, the primary function of an integrated pumping station:

1. Harvest urban rainwater, river water, and lake water to prevent waterlogging due to rising water levels, and then transport the water to waterworks, residential use, and irrigation for crops, among other municipal purposes.

2. Collects wastewater directly discharged from municipal factories and residential areas, mixes it through格栅 and submersible pumps at the wastewater pumping station, ensuring no sediment or obstructions in the pipelines, and then boosts the water level for pressurized transportation to the wastewater treatment plant.
