One, Product Introduction
Integrated Rainwater Pumping Station, also known as an Integrated Pumping Station, Integrated Pre-fabricated Pumping Station, Integrated Lift Pumping Station, and Integrated Sewage Pumping Station, is buried underground for collecting rainwater and sewage, then pre-treated by mixing. The treated sewage is then pressurized and lifted, and transported through pipelines to the sewage treatment plant.
Integrated pump stations provide potential and pressure energy for water, addressing issues of drainage, water supply, and water resource allocation under non-spontaneous flow conditions. As the mainstream technology, traditional concrete pump stations are applied in drainage systems. Over time, traditional pump stations have also revealed some insurmountable drawbacks during long-term operation, such as easy corrosion of pool walls, sedimentation of impurities in the pump pit, and low integration difficulty, making effective management and monitoring challenging.
An Integrated Pumping Station is a pre-fabricated, underground pump station designed entirely according to customer-specific requirements and produced at the factory. Our company, PineYue Environmental Protection, can now produce pump stations in various materials, including fiberglass, PPH, HMPP, and underground pump stations with integrated pump and tank for fire protection. These are internally equipped with pumps, grates, pipelines, valves, instruments, control equipment, and maintenance facilities, significantly ensuring the cost-effectiveness and operational reliability of the system. With numerous successful operational cases, the integrated pumping station is widely used in urban flood prevention, rainwater and wastewater collection and treatment, and other fields.
Two, Product Principle
The liquid level information from the pressure sensor or float ball of the pump station is fed back to the control system, where the operating parameters are adjusted to control the pump's on/off operation. When the liquid level reaches the set level for pump activation, the control system initiates the pump, thereby pumping wastewater from the pump station to the municipal wastewater pipeline outlet. When the wastewater level is below the set level, the system shuts down the pump. This cycle ensures the smooth operation of the integrated pump station.
Three, the primary function of the integrated pumping station:
1. Harvest city rainwater, river water, and lake water to prevent waterlogging due to rising water levels, and then transfer the water to public water supply plants, residential use, and agricultural irrigation for municipal runoff.
2. Collects wastewater directly discharged from municipal factories and residential areas, mixing it through格栅 and submersible pumps at the wastewater pumping station to prevent clogs like sludge in the pipelines, and then boost the water level and pressure to transport it to the wastewater treatment plant.
The wastewater treatment plant's function is to receive wastewater from pumping stations, undergo filtration and disinfection processes, and then be transported to the recycled water channel for industrial use and toilet flushing.
Four, Integrated Pump Station Installation Method
Based on different operating conditions, different installation methods are adopted to ensure the long service life and high efficiency of the integrated pump station to a great extent. Under normal circumstances, it is recommended to use:
1. Installation method for fully integrated sub-surface wet well pump stations; in addition, other methods can be adopted.
2. External Valve Wet Well Pump Station
3. Dry and wet separation pump station
4. Pump stations with installation options including maintenance rooms
Customers may decide on the specific installation method of the integrated pumping station based on the design or the specific on-site usage conditions.
Five, Main Application Environments
1. Collection and conveyance of wastewater from residential communities or rural areas
2. Collection and conveyance of wastewater from urban sewage treatment plants
3. Collection and conveyance of rainwater from low-lying areas in urban districts
4. Construction and renovation of municipal sewage pipeline networks
5. Renovation and Expansion of the Old Pump Station
6. Lake water cycle
Six, data required for pump station customization:
1. Pump station inflow Q (tons/day), quite large when the variation coefficient
2. Quantity and head of required pumps, one for use and one for backup, or two for use and one for backup
3. Outdoor ground elevation H0 (meters), or relative elevation ±0.00 (meters) may also be used.
4. External pipe inlet bottom elevation H1 (meters), external pipe inlet diameter DN
5. External outlet pipe elevation H2 (meters), external outlet pipe diameter DN
6. Chosen grate type, basket grate or crushing grate
7. Type of electrical control box, outdoor weatherproof control cabinet or landscape management room
