
Description of LC2336:
LC2336 features a six-channel Darlington driver circuit with an integrated three-terminal voltage regulator. It incorporates a 78L33 three-terminal voltage regulator, delivering a stable 3.3V output power supply. The internal Darlington driver circuit is optimized for switching inductive loads (relays), with an integrated flyback diode to absorb voltage spikes during relay de-energization. Each channel of the Darlington driver circuit can output 300mA current, and paralleling Darlington transistors allows for higher output current capacity. This circuit is widely applicable in relay drives, lighting drives, display driver (LED), linear drivers, and logic buffers.
