AMS1117 Description:
AMS1117 is a low dropout linear voltage regulator, with a typical input-output voltage difference of only 1.4V when delivering 1A of output current.
The AMS1117 offers various fixed voltage versions (Vout=1.8V, 3.3V, 5V), as well as adjustable output versions, which can provide an output voltage range of 1.25V to 10V.
The AMS1117 offers comprehensive overcurrent and overtemperature protection features (with an extremely wide operating temperature range of -10℃ to 85℃ for AMS1117), ensuring the stability of the chip and power system. Additionally, advanced calibration technology is applied during production to ensure output voltage and reference source accuracy within ±1% tolerance.
The AMS1117 is available in packaging types including SOT-223, TO-252, and SOT-89.
