New Material
The glass fiber reinforced plastic (GRP) pump station cylinder is made by computer-controlled continuous winding, ensuring uniform thickness and meeting design specifications with stable and excellent quality.
Accessories Standard
All accessories are pre-assembled in our factory, including pressure pipelines, maintenance platforms, and in/out water pipes, with quality tests conducted before shipment to ensure reliable component quality.
Highly integrated
Glass fiber reinforced plastic pumping station, as an integrated unit, is provided as a complete set including: pump station cylinder, pressure pipeline, maintenance platform, access ladder,格栅装置格栅device, coupling system, ventilation equipment, and anti-slip manhole cover.
Aesthetically pleasing
The glass fiber reinforced plastic pump station is fully buried underground, with only maintenance openings and control cabinets visible on the ground. Optional scenic management rooms can also be placed above ground to blend with the surrounding environment.
Cost savings
Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) pump stations are supplied as complete sets; all internal installation and debugging are completed at the factory. On-site, only the entire pump station needs to be installed, which reduces the construction period and engineering costs, and lowers the overall investment for the owner.
Service Life
The pump station cylinder is made of glass fiber reinforced plastic (GFRP), and the internal components are made of SUS304 stainless steel and FRP for corrosion resistance. No maintenance is required, and the normal service life can exceed 20 years.
Pump stations are equipped with Grundfos, German Wilo, and American Flygt pumps, as well as domestic brands like Shanghai Kaquan and Shanghai Dongfang, ensuring quality.
Grating configurations include lift-out grating, crushing grating, and rotating grating.
Valves and pipes are made of 304 stainless steel.
Easy maintenance
Pumps and gratings are all equipped with guides, allowing for quick removal and installation during maintenance.
