Product Description
The HRHG series of rotary grille screen cleaners is a specialized water treatment equipment capable of continuously and automatically intercepting and removing various shaped debris from fluids, suitable for use in urban sewage treatment.
Working Principle
The HRHG series rotary格栅screening cleaner is composed of a unique assembly of rake teeth forming a rotating grille chain. Driven by a motor reducer, the rake teeth chain rotates against the water flow, collecting debris floating on the surface. As the chain reaches the top of the equipment, guided by the groove wheel and curved track, each rake tooth undergoes a relative self-cleaning motion, with most solid matter falling off due to gravity. The remaining debris is then cleaned off the rake teeth by the sweeping action of the cleaner in the opposite direction.
Rake chain, similar to a grate, follows the water flow direction. The gap between the rakes on the rake chain shaft can be selected according to the operating conditions. After the rakes separate solid suspended matter from the fluid, it ensures smooth water flow. The entire working process is continuous, or it can be intermittent.
