Product Introduction

Liquified Flow Control Gate, designed for sponge city construction, black and odorous water body treatment, and intelligent drainage projects for stormwater and wastewater separation. Installed within the intercepting well of stormwater and wastewater separation, it automatically switches and diverts rainwater and wastewater within the rainwater network, ensuring that the wastewater and a small amount of initial rainwater at the front end of the rainwater network enter the wastewater network, thus preventing wastewater from flowing into rivers, lakes, etc., and polluting natural water bodies. At the same time, it avoids a large volume of rainwater entering the wastewater network, which reduces the load on wastewater treatment plants.

Product Structure

The hydraulic flow control gate consists of a gate frame, gate plate, waterstop, regulating mechanism, and hydraulic cylinder. It is accompanied by a hydraulic and intelligent control system.

Operating Principle

By monitoring well water levels, surface rainfall, or well water quality, data is transmitted to the intelligent control unit, which then controls the opening or closing of the fluid-driven flow control gate to regulate the discharge of rain and sewage.
