Hangzhou Yunou CNC is a factory specializing in the research and manufacturing of EPS line complete sets of equipment. I have been involved in EPS line production, processing, and installation work since 2007. Due to the high demand for EPS lines at that time, from 2007 to 2009, the equipment for EPS line production in the Chinese market only included cutting machines, which were vertical hanging wire, chain-driven CNC cutting machines. The products they produced had significant errors and could not meet the demand for high-quality lines. In this situation, I established and organized a research and manufacturing workshop for EPS line production in 2008. Starting in 2008, we continuously explored experience in EPS line production, restructured the cutting machines to use screw drive, horizontally concentrated the hanging wire, and continuously researched and improved other auxiliary equipment for EPS line production. Over the 11 years from 2008 to 2019, I continuously researched and innovated, inventing EPS line equipment such as: 1. High-precision EPS line horizontal cutting CNC cutting machine, 2. Belt and chain integrated scraping machine, 3. Chain-type vibrating bin and mixing scraping machine, 4. Dry powder and wet material mixing machine, 5. Double drum circulating mixer, 6. Semi-automatic mixer, 7. Automatic mixing and scraping machine, 8. Arc cutting and scraping machine, 9. Column head and column cap cutting and scraping machine, 10. Fully automatic mesh wrapping machine. Over these 11 years, I updated and replaced the EPS line equipment annually and biennially, continuously bringing new EPS line equipment to the market, providing convenient processing equipment for numerous EPS line manufacturers. At the same time, numerous EPS line equipment manufacturers across the country have continuously been inspired by this. Over the past decade, I have consistently shared my original achievements without being surpassed, contributing to the steady development of the EPS line industry. From 2000 to 2014, these five years were a breakthrough for EPS lines in the construction developer market, transitioning from being overlooked to widespread use. In 2011, Hangzhou Yunou's high-precision, high-output, and high-quality EPS line equipment was selected as the supplier for a three-billion-yuan EPS line production equipment project for the Daqing Entrepreneurial City development project by the Daqing Petroleum Administration Bureau. Hangzhou Yunou not only provided excellent EPS line production equipment for the Daqing Entrepreneurial City but also offered mortar mixing ratios, installation techniques, and schemes for EPS line production manufacturers. In 2012, Hangzhou Yunou, led by Ma Dangxian, undertook nearly a hundred thousand square meters of EPS line processing business for the Shenyang Olympic Village, contributing to the Shenyang Sports Games.
