1. Prior to applying the wall boundary painting, remove wall dust, grease, sealants, and debris from wall corners to ensure proper construction.

The surface is clean, and rust-proof paint is applied to metal items. Other walls should have protrusions exceeding the wall removed.5mm foreign matter

2. Professional Base Material Wall Repair: Utilize special base material for the mending of wall corners, with the use of a straight edge ruler for the treatment of inside corners.

The method for stringing lines: use an aluminum alloy rule with a 90-degree rule for the chamfered corners.

3. Level the base material by scraping, using a specialized base and liquid material mixed in a 3:1 ratio to create a uniform paste. Scrape...

The surface should be smooth and level, with layers applied evenly.(Note: If the base error is significant, it can be leveled in multiple passes; each pass should not exceed

10mm)。

4. Leveling of stone powder coating surface, using natural stone powder fabric in a ratio of 2:1 mixed with liquid for uniform blending.

Flat, with minimal scratches, as per standard scraping(Note: Allow at least 2 hours between each cycle, until fully dried.)

5. The stone powder coating surface should be polished with the same material ratio, requiring the surface to be sanded flat before the first coat.

Construction is nearly completed to prevent dust and other pollution. Two persons are required for the work: one for scraping and applying, and the other for smoothing out behind.

Glazed. After drying, the surface is smooth, shiny, and has a pleasant texture. Clean the edge areas and ensure the finished product is well-protected.
