Construction Methods and Precautions

Application Range:This product is widely used for the protection and coating of metal surfaces on various machinery and equipment, including stainless steel, aluminum alloy, galvanized plate, iron, and other metals, as well as for the structural repair and protective coating of new construction for oil, gas, and water pipelines, gas cylinders, and other structures.
Composition and Performance:This paint is a two-component mixed coating, consisting of Paint A and hardener B. Both are made from modified resins, cross-linking agents, pigments, etc., through grinding. They can be either air-dried or baked dry.
The coating exhibits excellent adhesion, offering superior bonding strength to steel, galvanized steel, and light metals.
Excellent resistance to alternating dry and wet conditions, oil resistance, superior three-proof properties, and resistance to humidity and heat.
3. Fast-drying film, resistant to water, acids, alkalis, and salts, with excellent physical and mechanical properties; the film can be baked at low temperatures.
4. High fullness, aging resistance, and film-forming properties.

Construction Methods and Precautions
1. Construction Ratio (Weight Ratio): Paint A : Curing Agent B : Pure Water = 100:25; 25~75
2. After opening the container of Component A, it must be thoroughly mixed. Then, pour Component B into Component A while stirring according to the mixing ratio, ensuring thorough and even blending. Allow to stand and mature for 30 minutes, then add an appropriate amount of pure water and adjust to the desired working viscosity.
3. Application Methods: Spray, brush, roller coating;
4. The base material temperature must be above the dew point by more than 3°C. When the base material temperature is below 5°C, the paint film will not cure, so it is not suitable for application.
5. Drying Conditions: Air dry at room temperature or dry at 60~100°C for 30 minutes
6. Caution: Ensure that the rust-inhibiting primer and intermediate coatings are fully cured before applying the topcoat, and that the surface is clean, dry, and free of contaminants. Applying coatings on surfaces that have not fully cured may sometimes cause color bleeding, pinholes, and other unknown defects.
Packaging and Storage：
