Curriculum Content:
1. Manual Arc WeldingLearn the complete set of welding techniques, including manual arc welding, flat welding, vertical welding, horizontal welding, overhead welding, broken arc, continuous arc, flat corner welding, vertical corner welding, overhead corner welding, and pipe plate butt welding. Manual arc welding processes: arc striking operation, rod manipulation techniques, starting, finishing, flat butt welding (continuous arc welding, arc extinguishing welding), flat welding (continuous arc welding, arc extinguishing welding), vertical welding (continuous arc welding, arc extinguishing welding), vertical downward welding (continuous arc welding, arc extinguishing welding), overhead welding methods and operational techniques.
2. Pulse Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW)Learn full-position welding techniques such as pulse TIG welding, broken welding, continuous welding, flat welding, vertical welding, horizontal welding, flat corner welding, and vertical corner welding. Proper use of welding equipment and tools, as well as TIG welding safety operation techniques, TIG welding control process, welding characteristics and application scope, and power source types and polarity. Stainless steel welding, TIG welding process parameters (arc voltage, welding current, welding speed, power source type and polarity, argon gas flow rate, distance between workpiece and nozzle, nozzle diameter, etc.), flat welding of thin plates, vertical fixed welding of small-diameter pipe joints, horizontal fixed welding of small-diameter pipe joints, horizontal fixed combination welding of medium-diameter medium-thickness wall pipes, daily troubleshooting and maintenance of TIG welding equipment.
3. Gas Shielded WeldingLearn gas shielded welding techniques including butt welding, fillet welding, flat angle welding, vertical angle welding, and full-position welding. Properly use welding tools, personal protective equipment, and safety operation techniques. Master the welding process parameters of CO2 gas shielded welding (current, gas flow, power electrode, arc, voltage, polarity, material quality, welding speed, angle, etc.). Techniques for flat lap welding, V-groove butt welding, V-groove vertical butt welding, V-groove transverse welding, V-groove overhead welding, and T-joint corner welding. Common welding machine troubleshooting methods, maintenance, and care for CO2 gas shielded welding machines. Quick operation methods for shielded welding: handling thin and thick plates; flat, vertical, transverse welding, and patching holes; piece rate and time rate operation methods.
4. Oxygen welding, gas cutting, semi-automatic cutting:Learn oxygen welding and gas cutting techniques, usage of torch models for thick and thin plates, process parameters and cutting methods, pattern making, material calculation, and material cutting. Oxygen pressure, cutting speed, preheat flame, nozzle and workpiece angle, straight cutting, flange, bevel gas cutting, and other processes. Common welding defects troubleshooting and maintenance.
